If you’re a so-called Baby Boomer, born some time between the mid-1940s and the mid-1960s, you’ll know that you’re in good company. Boomers now represent the largest age grouping in the population, in Canada and many other industrialized countries. But it’s not just their numbers that are significant – it’s how old they are. Those at the front end of the boom are now entering their 70s. This is significant, because before too long, they’re going to be heading into very old age. What life is like now for those front-end boomers, and what it might become, are issues of concern to all of us. That's what this project is all about . . .
